Course description:

Health Traditions presents top shelf courses in cupping, traditional Thai massage and gua sha.

Cupping is a specialised method of treatment that requires expert instruction, backed by the kind of deep interest and decades of research and practice that inspired us to present the World’s First Cupping (and Gua Sha)workshops. Completing our two courses in cupping, being the Master Class in Traditional East-West Cupping and Remedial Cupping, also entitles practitioners to receive an Advanced Certificate in Integrated Cupping Therapy.

With the Australian School of Traditional Thai Massage, the first to teach Traditional Thai Massage in the West, we conduct Thai massage workshops and our annual Certificate and Diploma Summer School in January each year.

Bruce Bentley is renowned for his 35 years of research and practice on these subjects. He has been sharing his expertise and passion for cupping with students in Australia, the USA and in Europe for over 25 years, and is recognized as “the world’s foremost international expert on cupping”.

In the Health Traditions cupping workshops, Bruce will deliver his superior knowledge and teach treatments for a host of health issues encountered regularly by massage therapists, including myofascial dysfunctions, mild headaches and hip pain. These are combined with massage, so you will confidently take them into your clinic with the most interesting and effective results.

The cupping instruments used in our Remedial cupping courses are also unique and far superior to “out-dated” ones.

Please spend time at our website to check out what we have to offer. There is plenty of information there to be sure of your course decision: visit www.healthtraditions.com.au and for our 2012 course dates visit www.healthtraditions.com.au/dates-enrol.htm or email Bruce at healthtr@iinet.net.au.
